Corrosion and Protection of Anchor Bolts for Stainless Steel Containers in Nuclear Power Plants
摘 要
对核电站不锈钢容器地脚螺栓腐蚀失效案例的分析表明, 电偶腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀及应力腐蚀是造成螺栓失效的主要原因。重申了相应的防腐蚀设计要求, 结合该电站工程建设阶段的具体情况提出了相应的预防或防护措施。
Abstract
The corrosion failure cases of anchor bolts for stainless steel containers in nuclear power plants were analyzed. The results showed that galvanic corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion were the main causes of the failure. According to the anti-corrosion design requirements, protection measures for nuclear power plant construction stage were proposed.
