Optimization of Anti-corrosion Materials for Gathering Line in Yakela Condensate Field
摘 要
雅克拉凝析气田单井集输管道频繁发生腐蚀爆管, 在对单井集输管道各种腐蚀影响因素进行分析的基础上, 进行了抗腐蚀材质室内试验与现场试验, 并对多种抗腐蚀材质进行了适应性和经济性评价, 优选出了满足雅克拉气田单井集输系统的抗腐蚀材质管道, 有效解决了雅克拉凝析气田单井集输管道腐蚀穿孔问题, 为治理高含CO2、Cl-及高流速的“甜性”腐蚀环境下的集输管道腐蚀提供借鉴。
Abstract
Gathering pipelines in Yakela condensate field were broken frequently, based on the analysis of influencing factors on corrosion in gathering lines, the laboratory test and field test were conducted to optimize the anti-corrosion materials, resolve the corrosion problem in gathering lines effective. This may provide some reference to resolve the corrosion problem in sweet environments containing CO2, Cl-and high speed fluids.
