Analysis and Characteristics of Equipment Corrosion in De-carbon Dioxide System at Dongfang Terminal
摘 要
采用检查的方法鉴别了东方终端天然气处理厂脱CO2系统设备和管线的腐蚀形态, 分析了产生腐蚀的原因。腐蚀主要出现在管道几何突变的地方, 腐蚀的形态有点腐蚀、焊缝的沟槽腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀。冷凝液膜的形成、CO2和Cl-是导致腐蚀的主要原因。冷却水系统设备的腐蚀主要是吸氧腐蚀, 离心泵叶片表面发生了气蚀。针对脱碳系统设备的腐蚀, 提出了腐蚀控制的措施。
Abstract
The morphology of corrosion in the de-carbon dioxide equipment at Dongfang Terminal was identified by the observation method. The corrosion causes were analyzed. Three typies of corrosion inclucling pitting corrosion grooving corrosion on the welding line and crevice corrosion occured at the place with the geometric discontinuity of the pipeline. The condensate liquid film, CO2 and Cl- were the main causes of the corrosion. The corrosion of cooling water equipment at Dongfang Terminal can be classified as oxygen absorption corrosion and bubble cavitation formed on the impeller blade surface of a centrifugal pump. Measures for controlling the corrosion on de-carbon dioxide facilities were proposed.
