Corrosion Cause Analysis of the Oil Cooler in a Power Plant
摘 要
针对某电厂冷油器的腐蚀情况, 从循环水药品、水质、铜管材料等方面进行了腐蚀试验和研究, 还从现场运行管理方式上分析了造成其冷油器腐蚀的原因。冷油器长期储水停用缺氧是造成腐蚀的主要原因; 细菌滋生是造成冷油器腐蚀的重要原因; 菌藻和电化学腐蚀同时促进了腐蚀的发生。为避免类似问题的发生提出了处理意见。
Abstract
For the corrosion of oil cooler in a power plant, the circulating water drugs, water quality and copper pipe materials were tested, and the corrosion cause of the oil cooler was analyzed from the site operation and management mode. The results showed that long-term water disabling was the main reason of corrosion of the oil cooler and bacteria growth was also an important reason for corrosion. Bacteria and electrochemical corrosion boosted the occurrence of corrosion at the same time. In order to avoid the occurrence of similar problems, some suggestions are put forward.
