Anti-Corrosion Property of Zn-Al-Mg and Zn-Al-Mg-RE Alloy Coatings
摘 要
采用连续镀锌模拟机进行Zn-Al-Mg和Zn-Al-Mg-RE合金镀层的试验, 对于不同试验条件下的镀层试样进行了耐蚀性研究。结果表明, Zn-Al-Mg合金镀层和Zn-Al-Mg-RE合金镀层耐腐蚀性能较好, 合金体系中的镁元素是影响Zn-Al-Mg合金镀层组织及成分分布的主要因素, RE元素可以改善镁元素在镀层中的分布。
Abstract
The continuous annealing and galvanizing simulator was used to study the anti-corrosion property and anti-corrosion mechanism Zn-Al-Mg alloy coatings. The results showed that the Zn-Al-Mg-RE alloy coating possesses good anti-corrosion property, Mg is the key factor which influences the microstructure and ingredient of Zn-Al-Mg series alloy coatings. Rare earth can improve the distribution of Mg in coatings.
