Application of a Steel-Plastic-Ceramic Composite Centrifugal Pump with Good Corrosion-and Wear-resistance
摘 要
介绍一种在腐蚀性液体和含灰渣磨损性介质中的输送设备—钢塑陶瓷复合防腐耐磨离心泵。在泵体涡壳、泵盖、较大叶轮的过流面涂覆纳米陶瓷增强塑料防腐耐磨涂层, 较小叶轮整体由不锈钢金属陶瓷制成, 密封环整体采用增韧陶瓷制成, 泵轴的过流端头为不锈钢段或钛合金段, 与碳钢段摩擦焊对接成双金属轴。钢塑陶瓷三者有机结合充分发挥了金属结构的高强度、特种塑料的强耐蚀和陶瓷的强耐磨作用, 经济有效地实现了离心泵的防腐耐磨需要。它适用于热电厂燃煤脱硫除尘用泵, 适用于高硫煤矿、洗选冶炼厂、焦化厂、造纸厂、石油、化工、化肥、制药、污水处理等含酸碱盐及灰渣液体输送用泵。
Abstract
A type of conveying equipment—steel-plastic-ceramic composite submersible pump with good corrosion-and wear-resistance in corrosive liquid and wearing medium containing ash is introduced. On the flow-passing surface of pump body, pump cover and big impeller, a plastic coating with nano ceramics enhancing plastic coating′s corrosion and wear resistance was deposited. The small impeller was made by stainless steel metal ceramic and sealing ring was manufactured by toughened ceramics. The pump spindle was the stainless steel or titanium alloy segment connected to carbon steel by friction welding. Due to the organic bonding among steel, plastic and ceramic, the pump had the performance of high strength of metal structure, strong anti-corrosion of special plastic and strong wear resistance of ceramic. Thus, the pump achieved good corrosive and wear resistant function by the most cost-effective way. The pump is suitable for removing sulfide and cleaning dust for thermal power plant′s fire coal, and is applicable to convey a liquid containing acid, alkali, salt and ash in the high sulfur coal mine, washing smelter, coking plant, paper factory, oil plant, chemical plant, fertilizer plant, pharmaceutical factory, sewage treatment plant.
