Development of a Type of Volatile Antirust Oil
摘 要
研制了一种气相防锈油,主要由25号变压器油和油溶性气相缓蚀剂以及其它助剂组成, 确定了其组成比例和生产工艺。试验表明, 该气相防锈油对多种金属具有优良的接触和气相防锈性能, 可广泛应用于机械设备等接触或不接触部位的长期防锈。
Abstract
One type of volatile antirust oil was prepared. The oil was composed of No.25 transformer oil, oil dissolving volatile corrosion inhibitor and other additives. The production process and the compostion of the oil were determined. The results showed that the volatile antirust oil has excellent volatile antirust capability and contacted antirust capability to many kind of metals. So this type of volatile antirust oil can be applied to the non-contacted or contacted parts of machine equipment as a long-terms.
