Ammonium Salt Corrosion Analysis and Risk-bask management of Hydro-processing Reactor Effluent System
摘 要
通过对加氢装置反应系统多年RBI(Risk-based Inspection, 基于风险的检验)工作的总结, 分析了加氢装置反应系统中的氨盐腐蚀, 提出如何减缓或防范设备因氨盐腐蚀失效, 并借鉴国外的经验, 切实加强装置基于风险的管理(RBM)。
Abstract
Based on the Risk-based Inspection(RBI) research of hydro-processing reactor effluent system for many years, the ammoniasalt corrosion was analyzed. Suggestions of how to reduce and prevent the corrosion failure was provided, In reference to experiences abroad, the risk-based Risk-based Inspection (RBM) of the unit was strengthened.
