Synergistic Effect of Polyaspartic Acid and Malamine on Copper
摘 要
采用电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线研究聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、三聚氰胺及两者复配对纯铜的缓蚀性能, 并通过量子化学计算研究分子结构对缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在试验温度范围内, PASP与三聚氰胺在总添加量不变的情况下以1∶1复配, 表现出了正的协同效应, 并从微观角度(物质结构)分析了其物理化学性质以及缓蚀剂的吸附机理。
Abstract
The corrosion inhibition effect of polyaspartic acid (PASP), malamine and combing of PASP and melamine on copper was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization at 20 ℃. And the effect of molecular on corrosion inhibition was studied using the method of quantum chemical calculation. The results show that PASP had positive synergistic effect with melamine at 1∶1. And the method of quantum chemical calculation can be used to investigate the physicat and chemcal characteristics, adsorption mechanism and molecular structure of inhibitors.
