Design Methods and Quality Inspection of Sacrificial Anodes
摘 要
阴极保护在腐蚀防护领域被广泛使用, 海洋结构物飞溅区以下通常采用阴极保护方式进行腐蚀防护。本文在总结国内外各种常用阴极保护设计方法、标准和工程实践基础上, 对海洋结构物常用牺牲阳极阴极保护设计方法进行了对比分析; 针对铸造阳极质量检测过程中遇到的问题, 提出了相应的建议及解决措施。
Abstract
The areas below the splash zone of offshore structures usually use cathodic protection to prevent corrosion. This paper summarizes and comparatively analyzes a variety of domestic and international standards of sacrificial anode cathodic protection system for offshore structures along with their design methods and practice. It also puts forward some solutions for anode casting quality inspection. It is expected to be helpful to personnel engaged in the related field.
