Shedding Reason Analyses of Coating on Sealing Ring of Turbine
摘 要
分析了某型发动机涡轮盘后封严环一次试车后出现表面漆层脱落故障的原因, 结合涂覆工艺及发动机工作原理, 进行了验证试验。结果表明, 该漆层表面处理工艺合理, 试片在660~720 ℃的静态环境条件下不会发生漆层起泡和脱落现象; 发动机在运转过程中高温燃油蒸气的附着和气流的冲刷, 是导致漆层发生鼓泡和脱落的原因。
Abstract
The shedding reason of the coating on the sealing ring of a turbine disk after the aeroengine test was investigated. Combined with the coating process and aeroengine working principle, the vertification tests were performed. The results suggest that the surface treatment process was proper, and the coating on the specimens would not shed or bubble at 660~720 ℃. The shedding might result from the adhesion of fuel oil steam and the scour of airflow.
