Corrosion Resistance of Steels Used for Crude Oil Storage Tank in Different Acid Salt Solutions
摘 要
模拟原油储罐腐蚀环境, 采用线性极化和浸泡试验研究了在不同酸性盐环境中, 3种不同型号原油储罐钢的耐蚀性能。结果表明, 在酸性和中性盐条件下, 原油储罐钢耐腐蚀性能优于对比材料AH32; 在强酸性盐介质环境下, 原油储罐钢表现出优良的耐腐蚀性能, 腐蚀速率仅是对比材料的1/4~1/3。
Abstract
Corrosion resistance of crude oil storage tank steels in four kinds of acid salt solutions was investigated in simulated environment by corrosion potential, linear polarization and immersion test. The results show that compared with contast material AH32, the corrosion resistance of the tested steels was more excellent in acid and neutral salt solutions. Especially in strong acid salt solution, the tested steels showed good corrosion resistance. The corrosion rate of the tested steels was only quarter to one-third of that of AH32.
