Preparation Technology of Lead Dioxide Electrode
摘 要
采用脉冲电流技术制备钛基二氧化铅电极, 研究了脉冲电流密度, 脉冲时间, 脉冲间隔等因素对钛基二氧化铅形貌以及电化学特性的影响。与直流电镀二氧化铅比较, 利用脉冲电镀制备的二氧化铅镀层更加致密, 电化学性能更加稳定。
Abstract
Lead dioxide coating was prepared on a Ti substrate by pulsed current technique. The effect of the pulsed current density, pulsed time and relaxation time on the morphology and electrochemical properties of the coating was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical testing. Compared with lead dioxide fabricated by common electroplate technique, lead dioxide prepared by pulsed current technique is more dense, has no hole, shows better corrosion resisting property and more stable electrochemical properties.
