Corrosion Analysis of Water Injection Pipeline in Hailaer Oilfield
摘 要
海拉尔油田埋地注水管道材质为20#碳钢, 该管道在运行过程中内壁腐蚀问题比较突出。为了查清腐蚀原因, 对管道输送介质进行分析, 对腐蚀产物进行扫描电镜和能谱分析。结果显示, 注水管道内腐蚀的主要原因是注入水中氧含量高, 引起管道内壁发生氧腐蚀, 同时存在大量的氯离子, 加剧了管道的点腐蚀。针对注水管道的腐蚀原因, 提出应采取纳米内防腐蚀漆和投加缓蚀剂的防腐蚀措施, 或采用玻璃钢材质的注水管线的建议。
Abstract
The underground water injection pipeline material in Hailar oil field is 20# carbon steel. The pipeline in the operation process suffered inner wall corrosion problem. In order to find out the reasons of corrosion, the conveying media were tested and the corrosion products were andyzed by SEM and EDS, It is found that the internal corrosion of the water injection pipeline was mainly due to the high oxygen content in water injection resulting in oxygen corrosion, and the presence of a large number of chloride ions accelerated pipeline corrosion. Some corrosion prevention measures were put forward, including adopting nanometer inner anticorrosion paint and adding corrosion inhibitor, or using FRP (fibre reinforced plastic) pipeline.
