Application of FSMLog Corrosion Monitoring Technique to Tazhong No.1 Gas Field
摘 要
塔中1号气田含有H2S, CO2酸性气体以及高矿化度的地层水, 具有较强的潜在腐蚀问题。为了系统监控生产过程中介质的腐蚀状况, 在该气田集输系统和站内气体处理系统建立了腐蚀监测网络。采用失重挂片、电阻探针、场指纹法(FSMlog)监测技术进行联合监测。通过腐蚀监测网络数据采集与分析, 全面系统地反映了生产系统各个环节的腐蚀状况, 为腐蚀控制提供了科学的决策依据。特别是采用FSMlog监测技术, 实现了实时监控管线的腐蚀状况, 弥补了其他监测方法的不足, 丰富和完善了腐蚀监测手段。
Abstract
The Gas in Tazhong No.1 gas field always contains H2S and CO2 acid gases, which may lead to corrosion problems. In order to monitor the corrosion state of media, a gathering and transferring system and a gas treating system were estabished in the stations. The combination method of wight lost method, probe, and FSMlog (field signature method) were applied to the corrosion monitoring network. Data logged from working sites reflect the corrosion situation of all production segments systematically, which provide firsthand information for decision-making using FSMLog monitoring technical method, the pipeline corrosion situation can be monitored in real time, the shortages of other methods can be offset.
