Application of KY-2 Inhibitor in Hu7Nan Area of the 5th Oil Production Factory
摘 要
通过对采油五厂胡五块生产系统腐蚀因素调查, 摸清了胡五块腐蚀原因是产出液中Cl-,HCO3-等强腐蚀性离子含量高, 同时含有一定量的CO2(最高达4.68%), 并含硫酸盐还原菌(SRB), 从而形成弱酸性腐蚀水体。经向套管中注入KY-2高效缓性剂(加药浓度100 mg·L-1) 后, 腐蚀速率由0.0970 mm·a-1降为0.0215 mm·a-1, 总铁值由38.1 mg·L-1降为16.5 mg·L-1 , 治理后减少腐蚀作业5井次, 取得较好的防腐蚀效果。
Abstract
The investigation on the corrosion in Hu7Nan area production wells revealed that the main corrosion factor was the weak acid corrosive body formed from the production liquid containing high concentration of Cl-, CO2 (up to 4.68%) and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB). After the efficient corrosion inhibitor KY-2 was injected into the conduit at a concentration of 100 mg·L-1, the corrosion rate was reduced from 0.0970 mm·a-1 to 0.0215 mm·a-1, the content of iron ions in the production water was reduced from 38.1 mg·L-1 to 16.5 mg·L-1,underground work for corrosion reduced 5 times as compared with that before the injection. The field tests of KY-2 in Hu7Nan area prodnction wells are all successful.
