Quality Control of the Joint Coating in a Long Distance Pipeline
摘 要
介绍了九区一级配气站-风城D508新建输气管线使用热收缩带(套)防腐蚀补口时出现的失效形式, 并分析原因; 建议通过提高补口人员技术、加强钢管预处理、严格控制施工环境等措施使补口质量得以控制。
Abstract
The application of heat-shrink able belt patch to anticorrosion for Jiuqu-Fengcheng gas pipeline was introduced and its failing mode was analyzed. It is suggested to increase the personnel skills, improve the pretreatment of steel pipe, and strictly control the construction environment to control the quality of the joint coating.
