Electrochemical Passivation Technique for Stainless Steel Equipment in Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
不锈钢耐蚀性的优劣与不锈钢表面的钝化膜有关。经电化学钝化处理的不锈钢表面将生成致密、完整的钝化膜, 能有效提升其耐蚀性能。笔者从理论上阐述了不锈钢发生腐蚀和表面钝化提高耐蚀性的原理, 详细介绍了核电厂不锈钢设备电化学钝化工艺的步骤及其注意事项, 为该工艺的应用提供较系统的依据。
Abstract
The most important property of stainless steel is corrosion resistance, which is related to the passive film closely. By employing electrochemical passivation technique, a dense and intact passive film can be formed on the surface of stainless steel, which can improve the corrosion resistance effectively. In this paper, the theory of corrosion occurring is described, and the principle of anti-corrosion by passivation treatment is discussed. Furthermore, the processes of electrochemical passivation and points which need to pay attention to are introduced in detail for providing a systematic and complete theoretical basis for actual application.
