Layout Optimization of Cathodic Protection System of Natural Gas Gathering Pipeline
摘 要
埋地的天然气输送管道由于穿越各种类型的土壤、河流、湖泊, 腐蚀成为其安全运行的最大隐患。鄂尔多斯某天然气集输管网阴极保护系统是随着气田的发展逐年建设的, 采用防腐蚀涂料和强制电流阴极保护的技术对管线进行保护。为了对系统的运行现状进行评价和完善优化, 以现运行数据为基础, 利用ANSYS 软件建立了符合现状的模型; 利用该模型提出了阴极保护的优化方案, 并对其进行评估, 模拟结果显示管线保护效果良好。
Abstract
Buried gas pipeline may suffer corrosion because they may pass through various types of soil, rivers and lakes. Corrosion is the biggest hidden danger for safe operation of buried pipelines. A gas gathering pipeline system in Ordos is protected by anti-corrosion coatings and impressed current cathodic protection technology. To evaluate and optimize the operation status of the system, a model conforming to the present situation was established by using ANSYS software based on the running data. Cathodic protection optimization scheme was proposed by using the model, and then it was evaluated. The results show that the protection effect is good.
