Corrosion Assessment of the Fire Water Pipeline in a Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
对国内某核电站消防水管网的腐蚀状况、水质以及管瘤生长过程和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明, 影响消防水管网腐蚀的关键因素是其流动状态。定义了五种流动状态及其与腐蚀的关系, 建立了核电站消防水管网腐蚀的评估模型, 并对国内某核电站消防水管网进行评估分级。可提高核电站消防水管网腐蚀治理的效率和经济性。
Abstract
The pipeline corrosion, corrosivity of water, tubercle growth process and influence factors of the fire water supply network in a domestic nuclear power plant were studied. The results show that the flowing state is the key factors affecting corrosion of the whole fire water supply network. Based on the relationship between the flowing state and corrosion, a corrosion assessment model was established, and the model was used to rating fire water pipelines to five corrosion levels.
