Failure Analysis and Prevention of Pressure Vessels in a Natural Gas Processing Plant
摘 要
以天然气处理厂的一台失效容器为例, 介绍了压力容器裂纹的各种检测方法, 结果表明, 压力容器失效的原因为应力腐蚀, 并提出了预防控制压力容器和管道应力腐蚀的措施, 对其他天然气处理装置压力容器和管道的设备管理有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract
Taking a failed container in a natural gas treatment plant as an example, several methods were detecting pressure vessel cracks. Based on the test results, it is conduded that the failure of the pressure vessel was due to stress corrosion, and then the prevention and control measures of stress corrosion of pressure vessels and pipings were proposed. These may provide some reference for the management on pressure vessels and pipings of other natural gas processing devices.
