Numerical Simulation and Construction of Cathodic Protection for Crude Oil Tank's Inner Bottom Plate
摘 要
采用边界元数值模拟软件对原油储罐内底板牺牲阳极阴极保护的效果进行模拟计算和设计优化,并根据优化设计结果对原油储罐进行内底板的牺牲阳极保护施工。施工后对保护效果进行了检测。结果表明,储罐内底板得到有效的保护。
Abstract
Numerical simulation technique based on boundary element method was applied to studying the validity of sacrificial anode cathodic protection for a crude oil storage tank′s inner bottom plate. According to the results of simulation, the design of cathodic protection was optimized. Installation of sacrificial anodes on a crude oil tank′s bottom was carried out following the optimized design methodology. Inspection data show that the sacrificial anodes protected the bottom plate of the crude oil tank from corrosion effectively.
