某集团公司新建的200kt?a-1铜电解工程电解槽安装采取了分区精确控制,从基础施工、支架梁柱施工、支墩摆放、槽体安装防腐蚀、定位针板安装等自下而上精确控制,加上优质的防腐蚀施工质量对电解槽使用寿命的保证,使得生产中初装槽数量增加,提高了生产效率,确保了生产能长周期稳定高效运行,降低了生产故障及检修成本,为该公司发展提供了有力保障。
Abstract
Partitioned precise control was conducted during the foundation construction,support beamsconstruction,piers layout,anti-corrosion installation and positioning needle plate installation in the cell installation fora new 200kt?a-1 copper electrolysis engineering.Coupled with excellent anti-corrosion construction quality,theservice life of electrolyzer can be ensured,which made the number of initial installation cells during productionincreased,the efficiency improved,ensuring that the production can run stably and efficiently for a long time,theproduction breakdowns and repair costs can be reduced.
