Comparation of the Performance of Anti-corrosion Coating Systemsfor Exhaust Air-cooling Tower
摘 要
采用“烟塔合一”技术的排烟空冷塔其塔筒内壁如果不进行适当的保护会发生较为严重的腐蚀,涂刷防腐蚀涂料是一种比较常用的保护方法。选取3种已经用于排烟空冷塔的防腐蚀涂料体系,对它们的附着力、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐磨性、耐盐雾性能、耐人工加速老化性能、抗氯离子和硫酸根离子渗透性以及耐碳化性能进行了对比研究,以期为今后同类条件下的涂料选取提供参考。
Abstract
If the exhaust air-cooling tower using cooling tower and chimney unification technique does not provideappropriate protection,serious corrosion will occur.Brushing anti-corrosion coatings is a commonly used protectionmethod.Three kinds of anti-corrosion coating systems used for exhaust air-cooling tower were selecated to study theadhesion,acid resistance,alkali resistance,abrasion resistance,salt spray resistance,resistance to artificialaccelerated aging properties,resistance to chloride ion and sulfate ion penetration and resistance to carbonationperformance.The results provide a reference for future coating selecting in the similar conditions.
