Corrosion Reason of Outlet Pipe for Preheating Stage in a Methanol Reformer
摘 要
通过宏观检查、壁厚测试、化学成分分析、金相检验及腐蚀产物分析等方法对甲醇转化炉预热段出口管线进行腐蚀原因分析。结果表明,造成管线腐蚀减薄的主要原因是高温碳化腐蚀,提出了选材建议及工艺改进措施。
Abstract
The corrosion reason of outlet pipe for preheating stage in a methanol reformer was analyzed by means of macrography, thickness testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and corrosion product analysis. The results show that metal dusting caused by carbonization was the main reason for the pipeline corrosion thinning . Some suggestions about the materials selecton and technology improvement measures were proposed.
