Surface Peeling Reason of Hot-Rolled 06Cr17Ni5N Austenitic Stainless Steel Plate
摘 要
通过宏观形貌观察、金相分析、扫描电镜分析等对06Cr17Ni5N奥氏体不锈钢热轧板在轧制过程中产生表面脱皮的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 连铸板坯表面处理不彻底, 存在氧化皮或表面不平, 在轧制时局部达不到其深宽比要求是导致脱皮的主要原因。
Abstract
The surface peeling reason of the hot-rolled 06Cr17Ni5N austenitic stainless steel plate during rolling process was analyzed through macro-morphology observation, metallographic analysis and scanning electronic microscopy. The results show that the surface treatment of continuous casting slab was not complete, which led to the oxide scale and rough surface. And the main reason for the peeling was that the local plate could not meet depth-to-width ratio requirements during rolling.
