连铸结晶辊镀层对薄带传热和凝固组织的影响
          
Effect of Coating of Continuous Casting Crystallization Roller on Heat Transfer and Solidification Structure

摘    要
使用自主开发的界面传热模拟装置模拟了钢液在薄带连铸结晶辊表面的凝固过程, 研究了结晶辊表面有无镀层、镀层成分和厚度对薄带传热和凝固组织的影响。结果表明: 结晶辊表面引入镀层后可以降低界面热流, 提高凝固组织的均匀性; 镀层成分对传热影响不明显; 镀层厚度的增大会加剧界面热流的下降, 可能导致凝固壳表面缺陷。

Abstract
The solidification process of the molten steel on the surface of continuous casting crystallization roller was simulated by self-developed interfacial heat transfer simulator. The influences of the crystallization roller surface coating and its composition as well as thickness on heat transfer and solidification structure of the crystallization roller were studied. The results show that with a coating on the crystallization roller surface, heat flux of the interface would decrease and solidification structure uniformity would be improved. Coating composition had no obvious effect on heat transfer. With increasing the coating thickness, the decline of heat flux aggravated, which could lead to surface defects on the solidification shells.
