Preparation of Nanosize Nickel Ferrite Powders by Citrin Coordination-Azeotropic Distillation Process-Low Temperature Combustion Method and Its Charaterization
摘 要
采用柠檬酸盐络合法制备出铁酸镍湿凝胶, 经共沸蒸馏后将所得的前驱体在电炉上直接加热低温燃烧制备出了铁酸镍粉体, 运用XRD、TEM和激光粒度仪等对铁酸镍粉体进行了表征。结果表明: 经过共沸蒸馏脱水制备的铁酸镍粉体具有单一尖晶石结构, 颗粒尺寸均匀, 粒径在80~100 nm, 颗粒分散性好。
Abstract
Nickel ferrite wet gelatin was prepared by citrin coordination method firstly, and then the precursor prepared via azeotropic distillation process was directly heated on a electric cooker and ignited at low temperature to prapare the nickel ferrite powders, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and laser scattering particle size analyzer. The results show that the nickel ferrite powders prepared by using azeotropic distillation process to dehydrate a mount of free water had single spinel structure, uniform and well-dispersed particles, and the particles diameter was 80-100 nm.
