Microstructure of Cu46Zr46Al8 Complex Phase Amorphous Alloy Prepared by Annealing
摘 要
通过不同的退火工艺制备了Cu46Zr46Al8块体复相非晶合金, 并对其显微组织和晶体相形貌进行了研究。结果表明: 退火后Cu46Zr46Al8非晶合金内析出的晶体相为CuZr、Cu8Zr3和Cu10Zr7; 在427 ℃温度下随退火时间的延长, 析出的晶体相形貌发生了球状、花瓣状、十字形树枝状、多枝晶臂树枝状的转变。
Abstract
The Cu46Zr46Al8 complex phase amorphous alloys were prepared by different annealing treatments, then the microstructure and morphology of the crystal phase were investigated. The results show that after annealing, crystal phases including CuZr, Cu8Zr3 and Cu10Zr7 precipitated from the Cu46Zr46Al8 amorphous alloy. With prolonging the annealing time at 427 ℃, the precipitated crystal phase morphology changed as follows, i.e., spherical shape→ petal-like shape→ cross dendrite shape→ dendrite shape with multi-branch.
