不同调质热处理X80钢厚板的组织与性能
          
Microstructure and Properties of X80 Steels Thick Plate after Different Quenching and Tempering Treatments

摘    要
利用组织分析、力学性能试验等手段, 对52 mm厚X80钢板经不同调质处理后的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明: 经890 ℃淬火+660 ℃回火、910 ℃淬火+660 ℃回火和多次淬火调质等不同工艺热处理后, 该X80钢板厚度中心处均得到全部粒状贝氏体组织, 其屈服强度和低温韧性均得到改善; 淬火温度为890 ℃时具有良好的低温韧性, 淬火温度升高到910 ℃时, 奥氏体晶粒不均匀, 大尺寸粒状贝氏体中出现条状M/A岛, 低温韧性降低;多次调质热处理细化了奥氏体晶粒, 使粒状贝氏体组织中的M/A岛以颗粒状析出并均匀分布, 大大改善了钢的强韧性。

Abstract
After different quenching and tempering treatments, the microstructure and properties of X80 steels plate with 52 mm thickness were studied by microstructure analysis and mechanical properties tests. The results show that after quenched at 890 ℃ and tempered at 660 ℃, quenched at 910 ℃ and tempered at 660 ℃ and multiple quenching and one time tempering heat treatment, the thickness central microstructure of X80 steels plate was all granular bainite(GB), yield strength and low temperature toughness of the steel all were improved. X80 steels had good low temperature toughness as quenched at 890 ℃. As quenching temperature was up to 910 ℃, austenite grain size was inhomogeneous, M/A strip appeared in large GB and low temperature toughness decreased. After multiple quenching and tempering heat treatment, austenite grain was fined, and M/A strip precipitated in particle way and distributed uniformly in GB structure, improved strength and toughness of the steel greatly.
