Determination of Forming Technology of CuSn Alloy Contact Wire Used for High-Speed Electric Railway
摘 要
为开发适用于高速电气化铁道用铜锡合金接触线, 采用不同的成形工艺进行成形, 对比分析了不同工艺成品线的综合性能, 最终确定了铜锡合金接触线的最佳成形工艺。结果表明: 最佳成形工艺为连铸连挤连轧3道次连拉成形; 最佳成形成工艺接触线的抗拉强度为538 MPa, 伸长率为12%, 电阻率为2. 360×10-8 Ω· m, 反复弯断次数为9次, 扭断圈数为11圈; 综合性能均达到或超过TB/T 2809-2005标准的要求,可满足高速电气化铁道的使用要求。
Abstract
The CuSn alloy contact wire used for high-speed electric railway was formed with different forming technologies, the comprehensive properties of finished wire with different forming technology were analyzed, and the optimum forming technology of CuSn alloy contact wire was determined. The results show that the optimum forming technology was continuous casting, extrusion, rolling for passes 3 and drawing. The tensile strength, elongation and resistivity of the contact wire formed by optimum forming technology were 538 MPa, 12% and 2.360×10-8 Ω·m respectively, and repeated bending times was 9, wring cycles was 11. Combination properties reached or exceeded the requirements of TB/T 2809-2005 standard, and could meet the application requirements of high-speed electric railway.
