Mechanical Properties of Friction Stir Lap-Welding Joint of 5083 Aluminum Alloy
摘 要
对5083-H321铝合金板进行了搭接形式的搅拌摩擦焊, 研究了焊接速度对接头拉剪强度和硬度的影响。结果表明: 搅拌头转速为180 r·min-1,焊接速度为60 mm·min-1时, 可使焊接接头拉剪强度达到200 MPa以上, 第二道焊缝的热输入使第一道焊缝焊核区晶粒长大, 从而使其拉剪强度和硬度降低。
Abstract
5083-H321 aluminum alloy was welded by friction stir welding in the way of lap, and then the influence of the welding speed of on the tensile-shear strength and hardness of welded joint was studied. The results show that the tensile-shear strength of the welded joint could achieve above 200 MPa when the rotating speed of stirrer was 1 800 r·min and welding speed was 60 mm·min-1, the grains in weld seam of frist welding grew up due to the heat input of the second welding, which decreased tensile-shear strength and hardness.
