Short Time Oxidation Behavior of a Ni-Based Single Crystal Superalloy at High Temperature
摘 要
利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了一种镍基单晶合金的短时(小于16 h)高温氧化行为。结果表明: 该合金在900~1 100 ℃空气中氧化时, 随着氧化温度的升高和氧化时间的延长, 氧化速率增加; 合金在900 ℃氧化16 h后形成的氧化膜不完整, 致密性很低, 氧化产物主要为Al2O3、NiO、Cr2O3和TiO2的混合物; 在1 000 ℃氧化16 h后形成了完整的、致密性较高的Cr2O3和Al2O3氧化膜; 在1 100 ℃氧化16 h后, 氧化层中生成了块状NiCr2O4尖晶石, 局部区域的氧化膜较为疏松, 并且伴有部分脱落。
Abstract
Short time (less than 16 h) oxidation behavior of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy at high temperatures was studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the oxidation rate increased with the increase of oxidation temperature and time when the tested alloy was oxidized at 900-1 100 ℃ in air. The oxidation products were comprised of Al2O3, NiO, Cr2O3 and TiO2 after the alloy was oxidized at 900 ℃ for 16 h, and the oxidation film with low compact was incomplete. After the alloy was oxidized at 1 000 ℃ for 16 h, the complete and compact oxidation film of Cr2O3 and Al2O3 was formed. After the alloy was oxidized at 1 100 ℃ for 16 h, the bulk NiCr2O4 with spinelle structure were obtained, and the partial oxidation film was loosener and with part dropping.
