Characterization of Shot Peened Surface Layer of Nuclear Power Turbine Wheel Disk via X-ray Diffraction Method
摘 要
对核电轮盘进行了喷丸强化处理, 利用X射线衍射应力分析仪、硬度仪等表征了喷丸层晶粒尺寸、显微畸变、残余应力和硬度的变化规律。结果表明: 喷丸强化后轮盘表面组织发生了细化并产生了显微畸变, 其亚晶粒尺寸和显微畸变分别为24 nm和2.9×10-3, 组织细化效果明显, 并呈梯度分布, 其变化规律与显微硬度随层深分布规律一致; 喷丸后表层最大残余压应力达到601 MPa, 表面显微硬度最大达到398 HV, 至心部逐渐减小。
Abstract
The nuclear power turbine wheel disk was treated by shot peening. The domain size, micro-strain, residual stress and micro-hardness of the shot peened surface layer were analyzed by X-ray diffraction stress analyzer and hardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of the shot peened surface layer refined and the micro-strain occured on it. The domain size and micro-strain of the wheel disk after shot peening were 24 nm and 2.9×10-3, respectively. The microstructure strengthen effect was obviously, meanwhile, the refined microstructure had a gradient distribution. The distribution of micro-hardness was according with the distribution of refined microstructure with the depth. The maximum values of 601 MPa in residual pressure stress and 398 HV in the micro-hardness were given on the spot peened surface, then the values gradually decreased from the surface to the centre.
