Determination of Si, Mn and P in Pig Iron by Direct-Reading Spectrography
摘 要
提出了采用HK 200型磨样机制样,直读光谱法测定生铁中硅、锰和磷的含量。探讨了基体效应、狭缝位置、分析条件和制样方法等影响因素。在优化的试验条件下,3种元素的相对标准偏差(n=11)均小于5%。方法用于生铁试样分析,测定结果与X射线荧光光谱法和分光光度法的测定结果基本一致。
Abstract
The sample was prepared with HK 200 sample grinder, and contents of Si, Mn and P in the sample were determined by the direct-reading spectrometer. Influential factors, including matrix effect, position of slit, analytical conditions and method of sample preparation were discussed. Under the optimized experimental condition, values of RSD′s (n=11) of the 3 elements found were less than 5%. The proposed method was applied to analysis of sample of pig iron, and the results obtained were in conformity with those by XRFS and spectrophotometry.
