ICP-MS Determination of 9 Restricted Elements in Plastic Parts of Electrical and Electronic Products
摘 要
电子电气产品塑料部件样品用硝酸和过氧化氢微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定所得样品溶液中铅、镉、汞、铬、钴、砷、锡、硅和硼等9种限制元素的含量。使用合适的内标元素和干扰校正方程消除了被测元素的干扰。方法检出限(3σ)在0.01~4.38 μg·kg-1之间。方法用于不同材料的塑料部件中9种元素的测定,加标回收率在100.2%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.7%~5.7%之间。
Abstract
The sample of plastic parts of electrical and electronic products was treated with HNO3 and H2O2 by microwave assisted digestion, and the contents of 9 restricted elements, including Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr, Co, As, Sn, Si and B in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. The interferences were eliminated by suitable internal standard elements and correcton formula. The values of detection limit (3σ) of the method found were in the range of 0.01-4.38 μg·kg-1. The proposed method was applied in the analysis of samples of different plastic parts, giving values of recovery in the range of 100.2%-109.6%, and RSD′s (n=7) in the range of 1.7%-5.7%.
