Analysis for Organic Components of a New Variety of Dry Mortar
摘 要
分别测定了一种新型干粉砂浆在550 ℃的灼烧损失量及水分含量,并以此两值之差算得干粉砂浆中有机组分的总含量为14%(质量分数,下同)。此外,综合应用筛分、溶剂萃取、称重、傅里叶红外光谱及热解-色谱-质谱联用等方法,测得此有机组分中含有2%聚丙烯纤维,8%木质素磺酸钠,3%乙酸乙烯酯与乙烯的共聚物和1%的以各种烷烃和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为主的有机助剂。
Abstract
Values of ignition loss and moisture content of a new variety of dry mortar were determined and the total content of its organic components was found by the difference of the above mentioned values and was amounting to (w) 14%. By applying methods of sieving, liquid extraction, gravimetry, FTIRS and pyrolysis-GC-MS, 2% of polypropylene fibre, 8% of sodium lignosulfonate, 3% of copolymer of ethylene and vinylacetate and 1% of organic auxilliaries (containing mainly varies alkanes and dioctylphthalate) were found in the organic components.
