IC Determination of Anions in Rural Drinking Water
摘 要
采用离子色谱法测定农村饮用水中F-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-和SO42-等6种阴离子的含量。水样经Ion Pac AG19保护柱及Ion Pac AS19分离柱分离,以20.00 mmol·L-1氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制电导器检测。F-、NO2-和Br-在4 mg·L-1以内,Cl-、NO3-和SO42-在40 mg·L-1以内呈线性关系,检出限(2S/N)在0.002~0.012 mg·L-1之间。方法用于水样中6种阴离子的测定,加标回收率在98.0%~101.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.83%~2.7%之间。
Abstract
Contents of 6 anions, including F-, Cl-, NO2-, Br-, NO3- and SO42-, in rural drinking water were determined by ion chromatography. Ion Pac AG19 protective column and Ion Pac AS19 separation column were used for separation and 20.00 mmol·L-1 KOH solution was used as eluant. Inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. Linearity for F-, NO2- and Br- was found to be in the same ranges within 4 mg·L-1, and linearity for Cl-, NO3- and SO42- was found in the same range within 40 mg·L-1, with detection limit (2S/N) in the range of 0.002-0.012 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of the 6 anions in rural drinking water, values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 98.0%-101.3%, and RSD′s (n=6) were found in the range of 0.83%-2.7%.
