Fluorospectrophotometric Determination of Trace Amount of Bromate in Drinking Water by the Fluorescence Quenching of Acridine Orange
摘 要
基于在盐酸介质中,一定量的溴化钾存在下,当溴酸根氧化吖啶橙时使其荧光猝灭,提出了荧光猝灭法测定饮用水中溴酸根的方法。在激发波长493 nm,发射波长528 nm条件下,体系的荧光强度降低值ΔF与溴酸根的质量浓度在10.0~560.0 μg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法检出限(3S/N)为3.03 μg·L-1。方法用于纯净水和桶装水中溴酸根的测定,回收率在94.0%~107%之间。
Abstract
Based on the fluorescence quenching effect produced by oxidation of acridine orange with BrO3- in the presence of KBr in a HCl medium, a method for the determination of trace amount of BrO3- in drinking water was proposed. Linear relationship between magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity (ΔF) and mass concentration of BrO3- was kept in the range of 10.0-560.0 μg·L-1, when measured at (λex) 493 nm and (λem) 528 nm. Value of detection limit (3S/N) found was 3.03 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of bromate in purified water and barreled water, giving values of recovery by standard addition method in the range of 94.0%-107%.
