GC-MS Determination of 4-Methylbenzophenone and Benzophenone in Plastic Food Packaging Material
摘 要
采用甲苯作为萃取溶剂,微波辅助萃取食品塑料包装材料中4-甲基二苯甲酮和二苯甲酮,并用气相色谱-质谱法测定其含量。在选择的仪器工作条件下,4-甲基二苯甲酮和二苯甲酮可以完全分离,选择4-甲基二苯甲酮的定性离子为m/z 119.0, 196.1,选择二苯甲酮的定性离子为m/z 77.0,105.0。方法检出限(3S/N)均为2.0×10-5mg·kg-1。4-甲基二苯甲酮和二苯甲酮加标回收率分别为94.3%和95.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.4%和2.8%。
Abstract
4-Methylbenzophenone and benzophenone in plastic food packaging material were determined by GC hyphenated with MS. Sample was treated with methylbenzene by microwave assisted extraction. An aliquot of the extract was taken for GC-MS determination. Under the selected working conditions of the instrument, 4-methylbenzophenone and benzophenone were successfully separated. The characteristic ions with m/z 119.0 and 196.1 were selected for quantitative analysis of 4-methylbenzophenone and the ions with m/z 77.0 and 105.0 for benzophenone. Values of detection limits (3S/N) found were 2.0×10-5mg·kg-1. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method; the results of recovery of 4-methylbenzophenone and benzophenone obtained were 94.3% and 95.0%, with values of RSD′s (n=6) of 3.4% and 2.8% respectively.
