GC-MS Determination of Components of Volatile Oil in Senecio Scandens Buch.-Ham. With Solid Phase Micro-extraction
摘 要
采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分离和鉴定千里光挥发油成分,用归一化法测定其相对含量。共分离出93个组分,鉴定出71种化学物,其含量占总挥发油组分峰面积的96.39%。主要挥发成分及其含量为十四烯(11.55%)、4-乙烯基苯酚(10.99%)、δ-榄香烯(10.25%)、4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基-苯酚(9.75%)、莰烯(8.7%)、(E,E)-α-金合欢烯(7.1%)和三环烯(4.6%)等。
Abstract
Components of volatile oil in Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham. were separated and identified by solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) and GC-MS in hyphenation, and their relative contents (in %) were found by the method of normalization. Totally 93 compounds were separated, among which 71 compounds were identified and determined, amounting to 96.39% of the total peak areas of the components of the volatile oil. The main compounds found with their relative contents were as follows: tetradecene (11.55%), 4-vinylphenol (10.99%), δ-elemene (10.25%), 4-vinyl-2-methoxyphenol (9.75%), camphene (8.7%), (E,E)-α-farnesene (7.1%) and tricyclene (4.6%).
