Fluorospectrophotometric Determination of Yttrium
摘 要
在pH 9.2的硼砂-盐酸缓冲溶液中,在一定量的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵存在下,鞣花酸与钇(Ⅲ)反应使其荧光淬灭,据此提出了测定痕量钇(Ⅲ)的荧光光度法。通过测定样品溶液和空白溶液在发射波长454 nm处的荧光强度,计算得反应液荧光强度淬灭程度ΔIf,其荧光强度的淬灭程度与钇(Ⅲ)的浓度在2.0×10-6~8.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.63×10-7mol·L-1。方法的回收率在99.0%~99.5%之间。并利用共振散射光谱法和紫外可见光谱研究体系的作用机理。
Abstract
In a borax-HCl buffer medium of pH 9.2 and in the presence of CTMAB, fluorescence quenching effect was observed when ellagic acid was reacted with Y(Ⅲ). Based on this fact, a method of fluorospectrophotometry for the determination of Y(Ⅲ) was proposed. The magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity (ΔIf) of the reaction solution were measured at the wavelength of 454 nm by taking the difference between emission fluorescence intensity of the blank solution and the sample solution. Linear relationship between values of ΔIf and concentration of Y(Ⅲ) was found in the range of 2.0×10-6-8.0×10-5mol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 2.63×10-7mol·L-1. Values of recovery found were in the range of 99.0%-99.5%. Machanism of the action system was studied by resonance scattering spectrometry and UV-visible spectrometry.
