IC Determination of L-Carnitine in Slimming Diet
摘 要
提出了离子色谱法测定减肥食品中左旋肉碱含量的方法。样品用超纯水于30 ℃超声提取30 min,经离心分离,取上清液通过OnGuard II RP柱净化。流出液以IonPac CS17柱为离子交换柱,5 mmol·L-1甲基磺酸溶液为淋洗液,采用非抑制电导检测器进行检测。左旋肉碱的质量浓度在10~1 000 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为1 mg·g-1。以两种减肥产品为基体,进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在95.4%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.9%~6.6%之间。
Abstract
A method of IC for determination of L-carnitine in slimming diet was proposed. The sample was extracted with ultrapure water for 30 min at 30 ℃, after centrifugation, the supernatant was purified by passing through OnGuard II RP column. IonPac CS17 column was used for separation with 5 mmol·L-1 methylsulfonic acid solution as eluant. Non-inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of L-carnitine was obtained in the range of 10-1 000 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 1 mg·g-1. Using 2 samples of slimming diet as matrixes, test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=5) in ranges of 95.4%-101% and 0.9%-6.6% respectively.
