Spectrophotometric Determination of Diltiazem Hydrochloride by Its Charge-Transfer Reaction with Chrome Azurol S
摘 要
用分光光度法研究了盐酸地尔硫卓与铬天青S的荷移反应,提出了测定盐酸地尔硫卓的荷移分光光度法。在乙醇(1+1)溶液中,盐酸地尔硫卓和铬天青S形成的络合物的最大吸收波长为548 nm,两者的组成比为1比1。盐酸地尔硫卓的质量浓度在3.0~60 mg·L-1范围内服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光率为4.01×104L·mol-1·cm-1。采用此法测定了盐酸地尔硫卓片剂中盐酸地尔硫卓的含量,所得测定值与文献方法测定值相符。用标准加入法做回收试验,测得平均回收率为99.2%。
Abstract
Based on the spectrophotometric study on the charge-transfer reaction between diltiazem hydrochloride (DTZ) and chrome azurol S (CAS), a spectrophotometric method for determination of DTZ was proposed. In an ethanol-H2O(1+1) solution, charge-transfer complex with mole ratio of 1∶1 was formed by the reaction between DTZ and CAS, having its absorption maximum at the wavelength of 548 nm. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of diltiazem hydrochloride was obtained in the range of 3.0-60 mg·L-1. Apparent molar absorptivity of the colored complex found was 4.01×104L·mol-1·cm-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of drug samples of diltiazem hydrochloride tablets giving results of DTZ contents in consistency with values given in literature. Test for recovery was performed by standard addition method using the drug samples as matrixes, giving average recovery of 99.2%.
