Application of Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Micro-extraction to GC-Determination of Residual Amounts of Pesticides
摘 要
介绍了分散液液微萃取(DLLME)技术的基本原理和萃取过程,介绍了萃取剂、分散剂、萃取时间、溶液的pH和离子强度等因素对萃取效果的影响;综述了DLLME与气相色谱法相结合在农药残留分析中的应用(引用文献55篇)。
Abstract
A review on the progress of application of dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction (DLLME) to gas chromatographic determination of residual amounts of pesticides was given in this paper, relating especially to the topics on the principle and procedure of extraction, the influential factors of extraction, including extraction solvent, dispersing agents, extraction time, values of pH and ionic strength (55 ref. cited).
