FT-IRS Analysis of Tricholoma Matsutake Sing and Agaricus Blazei Murrill
摘 要
利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对松茸和姬松茸进行了快速鉴别分析。通过对样品在1 480~1 280 cm-1范围特征吸收峰进行曲线拟合,表明两者所含多糖存在差异。为进一步研究,对10个松茸和12个姬松茸样品进行红外光谱扫描,并用主成分回归分析法对其光谱数据进行聚类分析,结果表明上述2种蘑菇达到了清晰的鉴别。由此证明所建立的方法是解决此类问题的一种简便、高效而快速的途径。
Abstract
FT-IRS was applied to the rapid discrimination of 2 medicinal mushrooms, Tricholoma matsutake sing (TMS) and Agaricus blazei murrill (ABM). Through curve fitting study on the characteristic absorption peaks appeared in wave number range of 1 480-1 280 cm-1, obvious differences were found between TMS and ABM. To study further, 10 samples of TMS and 12 samples of ABM were taken and analyzed by FT-IRS, and principal component regression (PCR) analysis was applied to the clustering of the spectral data. As shown by the result of PCR-clustering analysis, the above mentioned 2 mushrooms could be clearly discriminated. And it was proved that the proposed method was an easy, efficient and rapid way to solve such problem.
