GC Determination of Acetone, Butanone, Methyl Isobutyl Ketone and Cyclohexanone in Air of Workplace
摘 要
采用气相色谱法同时对工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁酮和环己酮的含量进行了测定。采用活性炭管采集了含有上述4种酮类化合物的空气样品,用二硫化碳解吸,用HP-FFAP毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁酮和环己酮的检出限(2S/N)分别为9,5,1,0.4 mg·L-1。方法的回收率在87.8%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(n=8)在3.6%~5.2%之间,解吸效率在88.6%~98.8%之间。
Abstract
Contents of acetone, butanone, methyl isobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone in air of workplace were determined by gas chromatography. Air sample containing the 4 ketones was collected by adsorption with activated carbon tube, and desorbed with CS2. HP-FFAP column was used for separation, and FID was used for determination. Values of detection limit (2S/N) of acetone, butanone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone found were 9, 5, 1 and 0.4 mg·L-1 respectively. Values of recovery and RSD′s (n=8) found were in the ranges of 87.8%-105% and 3.6%-5.2% respectively. Values of rate of desorption efficiency were in the range of 88.6%-98.8%.
