Comparison between Domestic and Overseas Standards for Metallic Thermo-mechanical Fatigue Testing Method
摘 要
对GJB 6213-2008,ASTM E2368-2010和ISO CD 12111-2002三个金属材料热机械疲劳试验方法标准分别从试验设备要求、试样要求、试验程序控制和试验结果评定等方面进行了对比分析,归纳总结了以上标准的异同点,建议今后在制定或修订热机械疲劳试验方法国家标准时增加对试样温度梯度、感应线圈温度场分布、应变速率变化和热应变补偿精度检验等参数要求。
Abstract
Three standards for metallic material thermo-mechanical fatigue testing method including GJB 6213-2008, ASTM E2368-2010 and ISO CD 12111-2002 were compared, and a more detail discussion which focused on the sample requirements, test equipment parameters, temperature control, test results evaluation methods and so on were carried out. According to the comparison results, the above standard differences and similarities were summarized, and some suggestions on the improvement of standard formulation were put forward. Thus, it is proposed to add some requirements, such as the temperature gradient, induction coils configuration, strain rate, thermal strain compensation information and so on when making the national standard for metallic material thermo-mechanical fatigue testing method.
