Failure Analysis on Bursted High Temperature Steam Pipe of Heavy Oil Well
摘 要
通过对某油田稠油井发生爆裂的高温蒸汽注汽管进行宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试以及扫描电镜断口分析, 找出了该管爆裂失效的原因。结果表明: 该高温蒸汽注汽管线的爆裂性质为脆性开裂, 开裂起源于管表面的两处机械损伤; 导致其爆裂失效的主要原因是该管在服役过程中由于水击作用发生了胀径, 使注汽管壁厚不均匀; 同时管表面存在的机械损伤减小了注汽管的有效壁厚, 降低了该处材料的韧性, 两方面共同作用最终导致了注汽管爆裂的发生。
Abstract
By means of macroscopic examination, chemical compositions analysis, metallurgical examination, mechanical properties analysis and SEM fracture analysis, bursting reason of the high temperature steam injection pipe was investigated. The results show that the bursting was typical brittle fracture and the cracking originated from the two mechanical damages on the pipe surface. The bursting of high temperature steam injection pipe was mainly due to pipe wall thickness was uniform because of expanding diameter of pipe caused by huge stress of water hammer in the service process and the effective wall thickness was reduced because of the mechanical damages on the pipe surface.
