Stress Measurement and Analysis of Air Reservoirs
摘 要
采用水压试验方法测试了某一大型湿式储气筒接管焊缝处以及A类和B类焊缝处的应力。数据分析结果表明:在4.4~9.7 MPa试验压力范围内, 该储气筒所有测点的应力都随试验压力的增大呈线性增加关系, 即在材料的弹性应变范围内, 其中筒体接管焊缝处的应力最大, 其余位置的应力较小, 该湿式储气筒可以安全可靠地运行。
Abstract
Stress distribution situation at the joints weld and A and B type weld of a large air reservoir was measured and analyzed by adopting hydraulic pressure test. The data analysis results show that in the pressure range of 4.4-9.7 MPa, stress of all test points on the air reservoir increased linearly with the increase of test pressure, That was in the elastic strain range of material of the air reservoir. Stress at the joints weld of the air reservoir was the largest and stress at other positions was rather smaller. The large air reservoirs can run in security.
